We have been so busy working on projects the past few months and it has been killing me that I haven't taken the time to get some things posted here.
It's about dang time, right!??!
The girls and I made a holder for their headbands.
We took an oatmeal canister and used Modge Podge to adhere 2 pieces of scrapbook paper. I trimmed the excess and put a layer of Modge Podge on top.
I let E decide what she wanted to do with the lid. She chose a small blue scrap of paper and Modge Podged it on.
At some point, I plan to hot glue it to a candle pedestal, but haven't found the right one quite yet.
Regardless...we LOVE this. No more headbands stuck in drawers or lost all over the house (ok...maybe THAT is still happening).

This turned out nice! I have had an empty oatmeal container for months but just haven't gotten around to doing this yet. I might Mod Podge fabric on it to match E's room. Not enough hours in the day, and my internet addiction gets in the way.
Too cute and so creative! What a great way to "try" to be organized!
